This is a one-stop shop market place that will connect real estate service providers(electricians, plumbers, garden services, guarding services, painters, letting and sales agents, general handyman and so on) with their target market being  landlords, real-estate managing agents, property insurers, tenants, individual house owners and so on. Our research shows that this market is fragmented and a gap exists to provide a trusted platform for service providers and users to find each other for all services concerning real-estate.

A lot of the service providers to the real-estate market are small entities and sole proprietors who have no sophisticated way of marketing their services and finding clients. On the other hand a lot of real – estate owners, tenants, managers and so on have neither the time nor the appetite and expertise to find the right service providers.  The platform will pre-vet all service providers and match them with the enquiring real estate clients in a matter of minutes.
